Mentorship
"I'm here to walk alongside clients in their day to day- I'm not here to take the wheel for them. I want them to have agency in their process.. to take ownership of their lives. When they succeed, I'll be there to celebrate their wins. When they fall short, I'll be there to reflect with them, help pick up the pieces, and foster the intrinsic motivation needed to learn and move forward."
As a mentor, Fielding supports individuals in improving executive functioning, essential life skills, and healthy self-esteem through compassionate, structured guidance. He helps clients improve organization, follow-through, and decision-making while addressing internal barriers such as shame, avoidance, or low confidence. His coaching style balances accountability with empathy, creating a supportive environment where clients feel understood, capable, and empowered to take ownership of their growth.
Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching
"So much of our progress, or lack thereof, is determined by what happens when we LEAVE the gym. That's why I offer regular check ins throughout the week to offer accountability around grocery shopping, meal prep, sleep hygiene, and workout performance."
Fielding’s approach to personal training and nutrition coaching is rooted in sustainable body composition change, strength development, and long-term health. He works with clients to build a strong foundation through progression on key lifts while tailoring diet and exercise programs to each individual's specific goals. Nutrition coaching focuses on realistic, habit-based strategies that support performance, recovery, and physique goals without extremes, empowering clients to make informed, consistent choices.
Sober Coaching
"As a person in recovery from years of drug abuse, the results really started to come when I realized drugs and alcohol were the tip of the iceberg for me. Putting drugs down was the starting line, not the finish line. The work had just begun. As a sober coach, I'm here to help people to better navigate the inevitable highs and lows that come with early sobriety so they can build a life worth living."
Fielding brings authenticity and depth to sober coaching through his own recovery from drugs and alcohol. He integrates 12-step principles, accountability, sobriety monitoring, and community involvement to help clients build a stable and meaningful sober life. Drawing from lived experience and professional coaching, Fielding emphasizes connection, structure, and purpose—supporting individuals as they strengthen recovery foundations, navigate challenges, and create fulfilling lives aligned with their core values.
Why Three Pillars Wellness

I know what it’s like to care deeply about your life and still feel unable to get traction. I spent years in addiction and relapse, overwhelmed by avoidance, shame, and low executive functioning. I wasn’t lazy or broken—I just didn’t have the structure or tools to support consistency. Recovery taught me that real change doesn’t come from trying harder; it comes from understanding how your mind works and building support around that reality.
That same framework is at the heart of how I work with others. Whether I’m supporting someone in recovery, mentoring clients navigating depression, anxiety, or executive functioning challenges, or coaching individuals through sustainable training and nutrition habits, the process is fundamentally the same: identifying the patterns, behaviors, and coping strategies that no longer serve their long-term well-being. My passion lies in helping people build awareness and practical structure so their daily choices align with the lives they want to create—in their sobriety, in school, in their careers, in their relationships, in the mirror, and in how they move through the world.
Testimonials
"I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Fielding as both a Choice House alumni and a professional supporting individuals in early recovery. He has a rare ability to connect with people, provide meaningful support, and help them build responsibility and experience success as they reintegrate into daily life."

"As a mental health professional with over 15 years working with young adults and their families, Fielding Godfrey stands out as a person of high integrity and high energy. I have found Fielding to be present, honest, open and engaging to work with, and his commitment to personal and professional growth permeates our interactions. His ability to weave recovery, physical health and emotional vulnerability into tangible goals for his clients makes him highly effective in his work with young people and his communication skills make understanding that work digestible to both collaborating professionals and families. My test for working with someone is whether or not I would trust them with my own child, and I have that confidence in Fielding."
